The out-of-pocket cost varies depending on the insurance plan and type of coverage. Payment types accepted include credit/debit cards, FSA/HSA, cash, or check.

Dr. Vassar does not participate with Medicaid plans, Priority Health, Aetna Meridian, or Cigna. For those with these plans or no insurance, Dr. Vassar offers competitive time-of-service rates.
